DREAMWORK COURSE

You will learn how to read the symbolic and archetypal meaning of your dreams and share in a four week online collaboration with others who wish to understand more about their dreams' purposeful message which can lead to self-knowledge.
The course is an experiential immersion in the psycho-spiritual perspective of dreams that will teach you how to recognise and work with the spiritual guidance and wisdom that is present in your dreams.
By understanding and engaging with your dreams through Dreamwork we open ourselves up to understanding your own psyche to discover what unconsciously determines your thoughts actions perceptions and life experiences.
You will investigate the ancient language of dreams; archetypes, symbolism and metaphor, and look at some common dream themes, nightmares and their potential meaning.
We will also investigate the various functions of dreams, as well as looking at the more unusual aspects of dreams: lucid dreaming, astral travel, downloads, incubus and succubus etc...
We will learn about and practice dream recall, journalling, active imagination and art-making or creating a symbol for a dream so we can 'dream the dream on' to discover what the dreams' purposeful message is.
The course content will draw on personal associations as well as archetypes symbols and tools and methods to recognise aspects of one’s dreams which shine a light on your own unconsciousness processes.
